encourages golfers to improve their golfing performance by starting
with their body. “I
get thousands of questions from amateurs and pros about how
they can achieve a longer drive and increase playing stability.
Many golfers believe that it is sufficient to start hitting
balls with the wedge and progressing to a wood or driver at
the driving range, however this type of warm up activity does
little or no benefit in terms of warming up.
